Man dressed in a Woman form caught in Rivers state

This guy was caught today by some youths in Omuchi Igwuruta. He disguise himself and dressed like a woman in order not to attract attention to his evil plans. He later confessed that he was sent to kidnap little school children for purposes we don't know.
He has been handed over to Igwuruta police for more investigations.
